Gregory Conti

Gregory Conti is a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute and an associate professor of politics at Princeton University, where he teaches political theory. His academic research focuses on the history of political thought, especially on questions of freedom of speech, representative government, and the nature of liberalism. He also writes on politics and history in various public-facing outlets. His first book, Parliament the Mirror of the Nation: Representation, Deliberation, and Democracy in Victorian Britain, was released from Cambridge University Press in 2019.

 

Gregory earned his BA from the University of Chicago and a PhD from Harvard University. He has also been a fellow of Jesus College, University of Cambridge.
