Theodore Kupfer

Theodore Kupfer is an associate editor of City Journal. He was previously a press officer at the Manhattan Institute and the online managing editor of National Review. He hails from central Pennsylvania, received a B.A. in philosophy from the Johns Hopkins University, and lives in Queens.
