Diane Yap

Diane Yap is a founding member, as well as director and treasurer, of the Friends of Lowell Foundation, a nonprofit formed to defend academic merit-based admissions at the top-ranked Lowell High School in San Francisco. She holds a PhD in mathematics from the University of Hawaii at Mānoa and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley. Her previous writing can be found on her Substack.
